• Existing HMO.
• 4 - 8 bedrooms.
• Minimum 4:1 bathroom ratio.

We aim to view properties as soon as possible and if suitable, have an offer to you within 24 hours.

We believe our offers are super competitive, however in some cases if the offer is below market value, be assured we will have calculated the figures to ensure our agreement is still profitable for the landlord. We can provide comprehensive figures supporting all of our offers and aim to be as transparent as possible with agents and landlords. After all, we want a solution that works for everyone involved.
